Montly invoice

My monthly invoice has gone up from $185 to $200 and telstra have not explained why.I am thinking of going to Optus

Is there a particular service (or services) that have changed to make up that $15 difference? Some mobile services might have been changed to current plans..

Are you able to have a look at the bill that was $185 and compare it to the $200 and see what has changed? It may be an old discount has expired or a plan change.
