Move services to a different account

Hi Everyone,

 

I am very new here and apologies if this question has been asked before.

 

I recently had 1 postpaid, 2 prepaid and home internet bundle services transferred to me via Change of Ownership, on the form, I asked for these services to be on a separate billing account.  However, that didn't happen and they are now all in 1 account.  I really need to have these on a separate account, the 24/7 message on the app is a nightmare, chatted with 3 different people and they could not help and told me to submit another change of ownership.

 

Can any one help confirm this please or suggest the best way to do this?

Lodge it as a formal complaint via https://telstra.com/complaints it will save you a lot of time rather than trying to do it any other way.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
