My Account Page Not Accessible
I have recently become the admin for our Telstra account but after several days still cannot get into the My Account page. I get the message:
We're sorry but My Account isn't available right now
How do I get into My Account to pay bills and update details?

sounds like you're having a bit of trouble here with getting access to your account, are you seeing this error on the web page or on the MyTelstra App?
