New email: "Your internet and Foxtel plan has changed" ... "our latest plans will provide you with better value for money".

NOT TRUE! You expect me to pay more for less!
New Bill lists 2 bundles. There are 3, (International Ultimate has been excluded)

They say "provide you with better value for money". I will be paying more!

All roads lead me to:

  • The automated phone system hanging up on me and saying "Goodbye" or
  • My staring at a computer screen with no option to deal with the issue. Grrr!

I need to talk to someone!

This will be the third time they have led me a merry dance. I'm nearly over it.
