New Customer - $20 Off Deal

I recently signed up as a new customer for telstra nbn + landline deal . When I chose my plan telstra says on the website that I get a $20 discount every month for the first 12 months 

Well I just got my first bill & there is no $20 discount nor is there a voucher code or anything of the sort , just a full bill at its full value , even though it says on their website that I get $20 off every month 

I tried to get in contact with telstra but no one has got in contact with me yet 

Please advise

How did you get in contact with Telstra, My Telstra App?

It's always worth taking screen captures when signing up for things that offer a price reduction.

I just checked the web archive and I can see the offer (Depending on when you took it up of course)

Thanks for your quick reply . The deal was actually $20 a month for one year , $30

I bought on the 4th of December or somewhere around then , can you please use that web-archive site you just mentioned for that time instead to confirm for me please
