I recently signed up as a new customer for telstra nbn + landline deal . When I chose my plan telstra says on the website that I get a $20 discount every month for the first 12 months
Well I just got my first bill & there is no $20 discount nor is there a voucher code or anything of the sort , just a full bill at its full value , even though it says on their website that I get $20 off every month
I tried to get in contact with telstra but no one has got in contact with me yet
Please advise

How did you get in contact with Telstra, My Telstra App?
It's always worth taking screen captures when signing up for things that offer a price reduction.
I just checked the web archive and I can see the offer (Depending on when you took it up of course)

NBN SALE ON NOW.
$80 a month for 12 months.
With unlimited data and incredible 50Mbps typical download speeds 7pm-11pm. Ends 2 Nov 2020.
