New plan


i signed up for a new plan 64gb iphone 11 on jan 23rd, but my Telstra account is still showing my old plan which is 20gb with 18 days to go on the bull cycle. I thought the new plan was meant to start straight away when I signed over as I am already using the new phone? Or is this incorrect and it starts at the end of the billing cycle of the old plan?

Have you checked the billing period of the bill that you have received?

May I know where did you order the new iPhone 11? Is it over the phone, online or thru a store?
