No coverage
Hi Telstra
I live near ascot vale station and the mobile coverage is abhorrent, ie literally does not exist
Are there any plans to assess and rectify this

Re: No coverage
That sounds highly unusual, especially for a railway station. Is it at the actual station, or is it inside a building near the station?
Telstra has installations especially to cover the railway system.
Is this is a recent experience, or have you observed this over a long time. I would strongly consider that it may be your mobile. Is your phone set to CDMA 3G Only or Auto LTE 4G, 3G.
Are you able to verify this with another phone please.

I may have to eat some "humble pie"
A search has indicated that someone in 2014 made the same comment re 3G for the same location

Re: No coverage
Hi Dano7,
Has this been an ongoing issue for a long period of time or just recently been having troubles with coverage?
There looks to be a network issue for 3G currently reported: http://servicestatus.telstra.com/servicestatus/goc.do?q=summary.html
