I need to get detailed copies of my Telstra Bills from late 2012.

Woah, that's just about going back to the days when you made all your calls via a switchboard operator, only joking.

Yes you can request previous bills, but as far back as late 2012 I'm not 100% sure.

I suggest using live chat to place your request. 

My Account will show you 13 months of your bill history (in PDF)

Also please be aware that there may be a fee for every bill that you request that is over 13 months old.

Thanks Deanja, I don't mind paying a fee for the service but it is critical that I can obtain detailed bills from at least September 2012. Cheers, I will get onto Live Chat now.

Yes got on to Live Chat and he is sending me detailed bills going back to Sept 2012. Awesome.

I requested old bills (from 2008) on chat and yet have not received them. I'v asked a few times as I need them for the ATO about some calls made, I cant see the itemized CSV files.
What else can I do?
