Online bill payment

I hate receiving bill payment reminders, eventhough I am on a payment plan for an overdue Telstra account which was their fault!.  I prefer to receive mailed bills.  this should all be on their computerised records.  READ THE FILE.  A waste of numerous phone calls to the Ombudsmen again.   I know when they are due, they get direct debited from my acct. so stop sending them. any suggestion?

There are automated bill reminders, if you have set up a payment plan already then you haven't nothing to worry about, unless you don't pay on the day specified in the payment plan
