Online bill payment

Hi there,
I paid my phone bill tonight (8/11/2018) and the payment receipt says the 9/11/2018). Why is that? The payment is online so should be instantaneous. Also because your website has the glitch will I get charged a late fee although I have paid the bill on the due date?

On the payment page it has a statment about it, from memory it says payments made after 6pm will reflect as paid the next day but if paid on the due date even after 6pm a late payment fee would not apply.

Thanks. Just something I've never noticed before

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.

Setup direct debit
