Hi, I ordered an Iphone 12 Max and a plan online today and Ive recently received an email saying my order was cancelled? Just wanted to know why and if I'm able to reorder? My order number is #SBS51986035

You'll need to speak to online sales.

Youll need to use the My Telstra app and go to Get Help and click on the blue message icon in the bottom right corner and write I want to speak to a human.
