Order Confirmation - Scam

Received an email a few moments back saying that my order has been processed when I have not made an order. The address on the email confirmation is false and has nothing to do with me. Been trying to contact you via Telstra Message although it can not connect to the server and all the lines to Telstra seem to be closed.

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you
  • No, I still need help

Re: Order Confirmation - Scam

If you can't get through on the My Telstra app, send a message to the Telstra Facebook or Twitter accounts as they are being monitored.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Re: Order Confirmation - Scam

Thanks. Eventually got through to them on Telstra App. I would have taken your advice if no one came back to me. I was told that I need to wait for the order to process so it can be cancelled. I really hope that waiting for the order to process isn’t going to create more of a mess that needs cleaning.

Set it & forget it
