Why charged us in "Super Fast Speed Boost" for $35.862 this month. We have not requested it.

Hi QiandLi,

Telstra CrowdSupport is not a way to contact Telstra cusomter service. This is a means to talk to other customers who may have similar issues. If you have a billing issue, please call;

13 22 00

And request "Billing" when asked.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
