How do I contact Telstra regarding unexpected recurring charges related to my NBN account?

I'm on direct debit, so Telstra will just keep charging me, but currently there seems to be no way of actually reaching Telstra.

My next payment is in a few days time, and Telstra already owes me hundreds of $!

I closed my Telstra account. (Moved House) Telstra has since taken money off my bank account via direct debit. I cannot get hold of them to correct the situation and to reimburse me.

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
