I appreciate the current climate means that Telstra are having issues with taking customer calls and online chat.  However, on my current bill I've been overcharged by over $200 on this month's bill.  I have the transcript from previous calls to support my query.


Given the current climate I'm extremely keen to resolve this issue before monies are taken out of my account.  Any ideas on how I can raise this issue?


Following the instructions via Codi simply pushes me back to an Online Chat function which doesn't work.

The only way at the moment is to try and get through on 132200.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
