Overdue Account


I keep receiving over due accounts for a closed service. Every time i ring and explain the situation the call centre person assures me the account has a $0 outstanding balance, the account has been put on hold and i will not receive another over due notice. I have received 4 over due notices and now a letter from Specialised Recoveries. Do I just keep persisting and ringing and waiting on hold for an hour and a half everytime i get a notice, just to be told the same???
