Accidentally overpayment of $200 which I need to survive, so far I was sent in circles from the bank and Telstra with Telstra being not 1% helpful or supportive when I’ve been with them for years! Now the weekends here and the WHOLE department is closed ?!?
What do I do?

Send a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile. If the bot doesn't understand the question, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should be transferred to the queue to chat with a human.


Note: it takes around 10 business days for a refund to come through.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
