Paid bill before direct debit took money out

I paid my account before the direct debit. Will telstra take my direct debit wven though there is a nil balance on my account

Hey @Chay1, if you've paid your current balance before the direct debit then the direct debit shouldn't be processed. If in the event it does get processed, your account will be in credit and you can use this credit for your future bill balance or request a refund.
