I don't know if this is the right forum but there is no way I can reach the contact centres and the live chat keeps repeating with no solution.
The issue is - I have paid my bill for March and it reflects in my bank account however my this month bill contains a credit from the previous month. Who can look into this and fix it?

Re: Paid my bill but the new bill includes credit from the previous month
Are you saying that you shouldn't have received a credit?
Credits can sometimes take a while to appear on bills.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
