Paid telstra bill then got suspended

I paid a $327 mobile phone bill. Says its paid in the telstra app...2 days later my service gets suspended without any notice. Escalated it to three call centre operators...supervisor said the bill has been charged back and to call my bank. Called commonwealth bank...they told me the bill has definitely been paid and gave me the reciept number. Called telstra again and argued with the supervisor who then told me i need to go to a telstra store or post office and REPAY my phone bill!. Said it has to be in cash?? Then my service will bw reactivated and my bank account credited the extra $327 i paid. Its a Friday evening....he told me that i should have gone when the shops were still opened when i clearly repeated that my services got suspended without notice at 5.15pm!!!! When shops are closed.....what the hell Telstra...it just doesn't make any sense?
