past bills call lists

I am looking to find the my call lists for past bills - can only find the list for the current billing period.

Calls are only shown in the Unbilled calls download.

Once it goes through billing, you can't see them through any standard Telstra interface as the bills only show calls that you are charged for (so calls that are covered by your plan aren't listed).

 

You can request a copy of your data - see this page for details.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
