What do you mean by 'new averts'?
Where di you make the changes and did you get success messages? Were the changes made on the My Telstra app or did you log in to the webpage of your account? Were the changes on your Telstra account or your Telstra ID?
It might take a while for the changes to ripple through the Telstra systems, so how long ago did you try making the change?
How did you send this message, what device were you using?
Too many devices, probably an addict :-) also a tinkerer and developer of stuff..
