Paying my Telstra Bill

  • Hi,Not sure which genius at Telstra came up with the idea of withdrawing Bpay thus forcing customers to use direct debit to pay their account.Has anyone else received advice from Telstra that it will discontinue bpay shortly under the guise of simplification of service !!! more likely I suggest to save bay charges.
  • I will not roll over and will change provider if necessary.Telstra....it suits me to pay by bpay when it is convenient to me...often in advance.
  • As a loyal customer for over 20 years Guess it is time to look at my options...Anyone feel the same???
