Hi, I recently got a new phone and it was joined to an already existing account, but I cant seem to find the plan/billing information for the new phone. In the 'accounts' list only the old phone account shows up. I thought it might be in with that account as it was joined to it but I cant seem to find it so I have no idea how Im supposed to check/pay my bills. Does anyone have any idea how Im supposed to access the new phone accounts information?

If you are talking about the 24x7 app, then you would need to make sure you are logged in - otherwise, it only shows the service you are on - and if logged in, again it may not show until the start of the next billing period.
