Phone exchange plan

Hubby is upgrading his phone and has to give his handset back due to the lease plan he was on he has to pay the 190 as the phone is damaged if we do the process over the internet does the 190 come on the next bill and if we go to a shop to do, do we pay on the day

Hey PWESTO,

 

If you organise handing the device back, and payment is required, it will appear on your next invoice. I imagine if you go in-store, you'll have that option - bill or upfront, on the spot.
