Plan changed with no authorisation, bill Sky rocketed, launched complaint..no action!

Our bill has gone up by $40 per month, we have not been advised nor given authority of any plan change!  Approx a month ago I called (call centre) as our plan was expiring and was told the price would not change.

 

i have launched complaint AND tried to call as advised...no one to help. No one has responded to complaint either. I realise that COVID-19 has impacted us all but in a time of financial insecurity and as account holders and prompt bill payers as well I am so angry!
