I have received an email regarding your mobile plan changes. I am extremely annoyed with your price increase by stealth. I do not want any more data nor do I want to change my current plan. I am starting to understand why you no longer have lock-in plans. Not to help the customer but to allow you to gouge more money whenever you feel the need. I run multiple devices and services through Telstra and have, to this point, been happy but this change is taking the friendship too far. I was looking for internet for a warehouse but will now go elsewhere. I expect that in future when I need any new services that I will be shopping around rather than sticking with the devil that I knew, or thought I knew.

Very disappointing.
