Poor Telstra customer service

Telstra has continued to bill me for a service that was supposed to be ported accords!

after 4 hours of infuriating and antagonistic live chat I was promised that the balance of my account would be zero

and was given a reference number !

I checked the balance 2 hours later and was told it would take 24 hours!

I checked the balance 24 hours later to find it had not changed!

when I started the process again I was told the full amount would not be credited contrary to the promise made and noted by the previous consultant! I cannot find any complaint escalation through live chat and I can’t see any option except to escalate the issue to the TIO ! Has anyone got any suggestions? Telstra has ensured that this has been as painful as possible and that I will never return as a customer again!

It is possible to lodge a complaint with Telstra.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
