Ported to new NBN provider - still being billed by telstra

We moved to a new NBN provider with our phone number ported over, mid June 2020, however, Telstra continue to bill us. I have attempted to contact Telstra to sort this but this has proved fruitless. We have now been issued with a Suspension Notice, which, although I will be very interested and amused to see how they do this, clearly shows that as a so called Telecommunications company they are so arrogant and useless that they are unable to communicate between departments the fact that they no longer have a customer. Methinks a letter to their waste of space CEO Andy Penn and the telecommunications ombudsman is called for.  Regards Steve and Masy  Smiley Happy
