Prepaid charges 28 day plan yet autorecharge only accommodate 30day recharge.??

Auto recharge only accommodate for 30day recharge yet most prepaid mobile plans available are 28 day expiry. This results in loss of service for several days every month. Numerous calls to try and sort out solution has failed although assured by telstra assistant on numerous occasions thay have sorted problem.

The automatic recharge extends the expiry period out to a calendar month (I have been using it successfully on my son's phone for over 2 years), so you shouldn't lose service at all.

There is something else going wrong if you are losing service. Lodge the problem as a complaint via https://telstra.com/complaints as it will need further investigation. It will take around 5 business days to get an initial response to the complaint.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
