Re: Prepaid mobile credit ported to another provider

The only way that you would be able to get the credit refunded would be is if you paid it by mistake after you ported your service away from Telstra.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Re: Prepaid mobile credit ported to another provider

Understood. In the My Telstra app, when you go to messaging (Blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen), type "Speak to a consultant". That should get you transferred to the queue to chat to a human.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
