Prepaid re-charge

Hi, I have recharged my account this morning. However I cannot access the internet on my ipad. What should I do? The transaction is pending in my account.

If this is still ongoing I would suggest having a chat to our Pre-paid team directly either via Chat http://tel.st/nxzt or over the phone on 13 22 00 (say 'pre-paid').
