Primary source of income

Answered

Why was I asked for my Primary Source of Income while placing an order? I've never been asked that before while doing a credit assessment. Consultant could only say that its a new legal process enforced by the ACMA.

While I am a Telstra employee, I am not an official Telstra representative on CrowdSupport. My opinions are my own and do not necessarily represent those of Telstra.

@jhwiz There are new regulations that require Telstra and all other telco's to now follow.

Re: Primary source of income

Yeah still no mention of Primary Source of Income there. I'll get in touch with ACMA directly.
