promised credits and delayed help

Anyone else have issues with consultants promising credits and help and takes 4 months plus and still nothing??

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you
  • No, I still need help

Re: promised credits and delayed help

Some bill issues can take 2 bill cycles to sort out, but “4 months plus” exceeds that.

If you feel that you the consultants have not adhered to their “promise” you could consider lodging a complaint with Telstra.

Re: promised credits and delayed help

Ive raised numerous complaints even had a case manager call me and promise to fix my issues and then closed the case and not contact me and now i can’t get anyone else to help me because they have a stupid 6 month time frame for the case managers to do something

the amount of lies and times i’ve been told to wait 24/48/72hrs next it will be wait 96hrs and 3weeks for telstra to pretend to care and not do anything

You have the option of lodging a complaint with the TIO (Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman).

Set it & forget it
