Re email from Telstra

I received an email from Telstra today saying thank you for your discussions today and gave a reference number. I have not spoken to Telstra today, could someone else be using my name?

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you
  • No, I still need help

Re: Re email from Telstra

Hi bestfriend,

I'd give Telstra a call on 132200.

Explain that you've received an email and give them the reference number.

They'll be able to look up the reference number and see what it's referring to.

I am NOT a Telstra employee and never have been. However, I AM a customer who volunteer's my time in the hope to help someone with their question.

Rang Telstra and gave reference and they referred to it as an invalid call. Don't really understand but she assures me all is ok. Thank you.
