Recent Charges/Usage not working

Recent usage (calls and messages) is supposed to open a spreadsheet under the heading there 'Get detailed usage' which breaks down details of your charges daily without looking at a bill. This won't work for me on app or desktop. When I click the link it takes me to the old website with an error. Have been to store, called and messaged but still have no solution. I am unable to get through on the phone to speak to anyone and store staff were not able to help. When I try and contact or message I get an automated answer which does not answer my query.

I am having the same problem and have had it with the automated help and waiting on hold for 30 mins and still nothing.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
