Recently churned to Telstra - old ISP account requires cancellation.

I recently churned to Telstra and my old ISP account requires cancellation. I thought this would have been completed by Telstra in the background.

Advice required on how to complete this process.

Re: Recently churned to Telstra - old ISP account requires cancellation.

It depends on if a Rapid Transfer of the internet service or if it was it was set up as a new service... in part it depends on the previous ISP and if they are a part of the process and if the sales person entered information correctly... The phone is easier because it kinda has to be done a single way and it isn't opt in/opt out for companies on allowing the transfer.
