removing name on plan because now deceased
My telstra plan is in my fathers name which we have had for many many years. Sadly he has now passed away. I have had authority to accept and pay accounts for many years while he was sick. My name is REMOVED and I remain living at the same address for the existing service.
I wish to continue the existing plan etc. but needed to let you know to remove his name from your records. Thankyou

Please don't post personal details like your address on Crowdsupport in future.
This is a public forum where it's mainly customer's helping other customer's...we don't have access to any Account's.
I've notified a Moderator to remove your details.
Have a read of the below link...it shows that you need to fill a Tranfer of Ownership form out.
Once filled out, it say's that you can take it into a Telstra store.
Edit: Sorry it actually say's thiis wording for once you've filled the form out:
"You can return the completed form by:
- Fax: 1300 556 737
Telstra Deceased Estates
Locked Bag 20026
Melbourne VIC 3001
- Email: scan a copy of the form and email to email@example.com with “Deceased Estates” in the subject line"
- Taking it into a store wasn't an option.
