I have an email confirming a payment extension yet they have restricted my internet what can I do ? Can’t chat via app it doesn’t work I’m really unimpressed right now

What is coming up when you are trying to chat through the app?

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
