Rewarding long term customers

Why doesn't Telstra reward long-term customers with things such as Free online movies; bonuses or billing reductions for those who stay with them for X number of months. It seems everything is generated to getting new customers. I don't count the movie vouchers as rewards because it requires you to spend money to save VERY little in return.

I'm going to change providers when we move house as I see no point in keeping loyal to Telstra.
