Ripped off

My house burnt down on the 9th of January 2020 taking with it everything I owned and almost my life and Telstra have continued to charge me even after repeated phone calls asking to shut down the service. In the uncertain times we're all facing and what the country has been through over the past 6 months is it right they show no compassion it's unAustralian and making my life even harder... 😟

visit tio.com.au and lodge your incident. TIO will give them a timeframe to have all your requests finalised. (Cover every detail such as marks against your credit.) 

It will be much easier with this number to receive assistance.
