Too many devices, probably an addict :-) also a tinkerer and developer of stuff..
Not with Telstra, just another customer like you!

I paid double on my November account, when i realised my mistake i thought that will be alright i am in credit and i won't have to pay December's account, wrong Telstra sent me a bill double plus late penalties, so I spent 3 hrs on line trying to fix the problem and yes they agreed they stuffed up and i was back in credit, thankyou Telstra, but what's  this they still cut my landline my wife's mobile and my internet. I spent a couple of hrs again last night and they say they will be in touch, and should be able to fix the problem within 10 days. Unbelievable.

They should be able to fix it within 48 hours.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Problem fixed, don't no what happened but it's working again.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
