I paid my bill 10 hours ago and submitted the form to get my service reconnected and it is still suspended, usually it's quite fast and I need my phone for work soon

@Max50 I believe it usually takes around two hours for a re-connection.
If this is an NBN service, try rebooting the modem. If it's a mobile service try rebooting the mobile.
