Just few words about worst ever service I’ve experienced in last 20 years. Branch in Westfield Plenty Valley, South Morang, so much arrogance, can’t find a word to describe so unprofessional,uneducated, rude stuff, they don’t deserve having contact with public. Regardless I’m with Telstra for long time, my wife, my son and my daughter in law. We will definitely change service provider ASAP.

It’s unfortunate that you perceive that you have had a negative experience.

The store that you mentioned appears to be owned by Telstra (not licensee operated).

You may lodge a complaint with Telstra if you desire.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
