service suspended

this weekend I was about to upgrade my plan and remove some add ons, and I wasn't able to do it because it says my service is suspended, when its not, and it hasn't been suspended at all. Even 2 days ago I bought a pack of data, and now I can't remove it because it says my service is suspended. I've checked everything and everything is paid and all good but when I try to manage, upgrade or anything in my account this message pops out and says I can't do it because I'm temporary suspended
