Speak to a human on the phone

Is it possible to speak to a human on the phone I have spent two weeks in the chat app with Codi and then a Rep who gave me the phone number and resolved the chat..... the phone number is a recorded message that tells me to use chat!! I have a refund of over $200 that is two months over due.

Sending a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile is currently the best way to get in contact (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen).

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
