Being charged for a stay connected device that I already returned in the satchel provided. Rang Telstra for help directly and they said I could only do it online. Which leads me here as I still can’t figure out how to file a complaint

Send a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen) and someone should respond in a few hours/couple of days. Hopefully you kept the Australia Post receipt as that is your proof that you returned the device.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
