Hi, I’m severely affected by DV and am now homeless, my estranged husband has been emotionally, psychologically, mentally, financially and Physically abusing me for almost 2 years. On my 3rd attempt at leaving he took our kids and didn’t disclose the location for almost 3 weeks. I applied for a DV first, only having him do a cross application unbeknownst to me, in my absence the judge granted him a TPO, so he continues to legally abuse me. What help can I access in regards to my bill? He’s cut me off completely, I can’t even return to our house. He’s taking everything. Any advice help?
