Support not answering both 24x7 and 132200

I got a billing issue and I've tried all the ways to contact your support, however, it was the worst experience I've had. Waiting on the phone and hoping someone to answer it for 2 hours and no one answered it.

Waiting on the online chat for an hour, finally an agent answered but gone after replied one massage, and I need to back to the queuing line for another hour. Lust like a loop keep happening again and again.  

After another agent replied, every enquiry took at least 20 mins to reply. 


All process took me few days and my issue haven't been solved. I do understand there are high volume enquiries at the stage but it doesn't make sense for people keep waiting for that long time. If you don't have enough staffs, hiring more.
