Suspended service

We noticed our internet wasn’t working at 4:30pm today.

I recently received an extension for a payment due yesterday so I didn’t think this was the reason.


We called up straight away and was told it was suspended due to non payment.

Then we were told that no one is available  to reconnect it

also it would take 24 - 48 hours to reconnect.


Firstly don’t we receive notification that it will be suspended? Secondly wasn’t there support by not suspending services doing this time due to Covid 19.


This is a huge inconvenience as we are told to stay home and my wife is a nurse working tonight.

It’s now Friday afternoon and It’s still not connected. Not only it’s an issue that the service shouldn’t have been suspended, Telstra not reconnecting urgently... now it’s gone past the normal wait time.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.
